Michael Davis
Director of Training
Mr. Davis joined the O’Gara Group in 2011 as an Instructor. Since joining The O’Gara Group he has held the position of Lead Instructor, Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Director of Training. Mr. Davis has over 16 years of law enforcement experience to include patrol duties, investigations, and SWAT. Mr. Davis has served in high-threat mentor positions, instructor positions, team leader positions, and as a program manager. During his career in the security industry Mr. Davis has developed curriculum, designed training courses, and has successfully supported the Department of State WPS program and the Department of State KSA program.
